equate is a London-based software company focused on invoice processing and reconciliation for the travel industry. We are newly launched, pre-seed backed, and running an Early Access Programme with a small group of design partners.
We built equate because travel businesses receive invoices in formats that general-purpose tools cannot handle well. Supplier invoices from cruise lines, tour operators, and GDS systems require specialist knowledge to extract and reconcile accurately. We put that knowledge into two AI agents and a workflow platform built around how travel finance teams actually work.
